Congressman Walz, I was very disappointed to hear of your yes vote on the global warming legislation. When this bill approaches the senate I would hope that are one hard working senator, Ms. Klobuchar will do her due diligence in bucking party line and casting her vote to represent what is best for Minnesota. The problems with this bill stem from a multitude of misgivings written in the legislation. Cap and trade...  More >>
Dear Congressman Minnick, I would like to thank you for having the wisdom to vote no against cap-and-trade. As you mentioned in the explanation on your web-site, this is a fatally flawed bill riddled with giveaways in exchange for votes. I agree. I appreciate the common sence approach you suggest in dealing with the deteriorating atmosphere. I have much hope that others in Washington will follow your lead. I'm...  More >>
Reps. Henry Waxman and Ed Markey have offered draft legislation that would cap and reduce America's global warming pollution, liberate us from imported oil, and put millions of Americans to work unleashing our clean energy future. We must seize this opportunity to pass the strongest possible bill. I urge you to work with Reps. Waxman, Markey, and other House leaders to pass a strong climate bill this year. Thank...  More >>

I can not accept that Global Warming is something that we can affect. It is true that so many scientist and researchers have jumped on this issue and claimed that it is happening. Who knows they're motives and who cares. The fact is, there is a lot of money to be had by anyone who jumps on this bandwagon because more and more the American population is being forced into making these changes. What scares me most is that...  More >>
There is a lot of misinformation out there when it comes to global climate change science.  It's time to set a few records straight.  While this issue has been politicized to death on every side of the spectrum, there seems to be a misconception as to the the goals of this particular scientific branch.  Let's start with a few undisputed facts, shall we? First, this planet has a long and well established...  More >>
Can we please put aside the standing fact that the global warming is man made?  Can we please open a dialect that suggests that this is an ongoing effect and that we really do not have anything to do with global warming?  We are passing laws and applying rules that are killing our small businesses with absolutely no proof that this is even a factual study!  Quit listening to all the actors and politicians...  More >>

Everybody knows by now that global warming is a fact, and is impacting our lives on earth.  The government needs to work harder at cutting back on greenhouse gas...  More >>
Why is the government becoming involved in an issue like global warming? It's the sun that most affects global temperatures, not man made carbon emissions which are only a small part of carbon emissions and overall greenhouse gases. The average global temperature dropped by about a degree in 2007, undoing a gradual rise of a little less than a degree over the last 100 years. That's not global warming. I'm concerned...  More >>
