New Health Care Bill. My question to you all [is this statement true ????] The dollar value (cost of what the company pays for your insurance) will be considered income and added to your gross pay. You will be taxed on the total. You will be required to pay taxes on a large sum of money that you have never seen. Take your last year tax form and see what $15,000 or $20,000additional gross does to...  More >>

This is part of the new Health Care Bill. Starting in 2011 (next year folks) your W 2 tax form sent by your employer Will be increased to show the value of what ever health insurance you are Given by the company. It does not matter if that's a private concern or Governmental body of some sort. If you're retired ? So what; your gross will go up by the amount of insurance you get. My wife and I think that the Federal Health Care bill is unconstitutional, and we do not believe that the Commerce Clause was ever intended to be used to force individuals or buisnesses to buy health insurance. Please support HB1474 and HB94. Thanks, Dr. and Mrs. Jerry...  More >>
Hello sir. I would like to address you on your opposition to the health care law. I understand that there are mixed opinions on this issue, but as a constituent of yours, I think the time and money being wasted opposing this federal law which has already passed is senseless. I ask you to represent the people who elected you and stop this waste of time and money. We, your constituents, need you to concentrate on...  More >>

A Kentucky Healthcare System however must be a system which companies and...  More >>
WHEN DOES IT STOP? Welfare System: This has always been a thorn in my side when I so blatantly can see the injustice and abuse in it. We the American People need to wake up and see this for what it is. A free ride for the majority of those abusing the system and a major burden upon the tax payers of this country. Now don’t get me wrong I believe there are individuals out there who are deserving of a helping hand,...  More >>

Obama Health Care Plan How could they do this to us, the American people, knowing full well the shape were already in? What I mean by this is look at the many issues we already have on our plate that we cannot afford to deal with. For example: Social Security, Welfare, Medicare and multiple "police actions" over seas, "aka-Wars". Will we eventually be taxed until we can no longer bare the burden and then...  More >>

I just wanted to comment on your statement regarding "of the people, by the people and for the people" in your speech after the Health Care amendment passed. I value this historic phrase said by our forefathers, as well as the majority of Americans and find it insulting that you would even repeat this phrase in public. The fact that it evens comes out of your mouth is nothing but "mocking" all that America stands for. ...  More >>

Please support and endorse HR 3962 healthcare reform, as its benefits outweigh its costs by an immeasurable magnitude. 1. My pre-existing condition precludes me from health insurance absent a job. I work full-time and contribute > $75,000 annually in taxes working full time. No argument against HR 3200 can outweigh the importance of insuring children and pre-existing condition Americans. 2. The cost of 54M uninsured...  More >>
