I am writing to encourage you not to support the passing of the bill to ban the sale of ATVs and Motorcycles made for children under the age of 16. This is a rediculous notion. If you do this, many kids will end up riding bikes and ATV's to big and unsafe for their body size. They will not be able to learn properly or safely how to ride and when they turn 16 will be more likely to get hurt due to their inexperience. This...  More >>

Dear Senator, Recently I heard that the Governor has proposed park closures for Long Island as well as many other places in our state. With such economic hardships many now face, an escape to our parks may indeed be the only real vacation time spent with family and friends. I know we have a huge budget issue but instead of closing the parks altogether isn't there any way we can close the parks one day per week to help...  More >>

The all electric rate was grandfathered. How dare First Energy and the PUCO decide to change that? It was bad enough you could no longer use the "all electric" rate you were encouraged to buy into as a selling point, but NOW it's Good Bye? Adios - All...  More >>

Michigan Courts have a pathetic rating. Judges are not stopping domestic violence by simply letting people get Personal Protection orders. Judges are ignoring evidence, case laws, and allowing people (typically women) to be in predicaments to be re-victimized. The current Judicial Tenure Commission needs to discipline these judges and remove their ability to be attorneys. The BAR, the Judicial Tenure Commission, and the...  More >>
