Dear Congress Persons can you answer the following questions.1. Who collected the data being used to determine the need for Cap & Trade?2. Who audited the data? Was it an independent third party? Then why in the hell would you pass a law that affects everyone’s life with no reliable data.Ask you self why would I vote for a person to look out for my interest that didn't make this minor...  More >>

This statement is given from a deep concern for the welfare of our nation. The current state of political discourse in the Congress of the United States is disheartening and anger producing. This senior citizen has experienced 76 years of being a part of the greatest nation in the world. Never before has the state of the union been so obviously headed toward USGG (United States Greatness Gone). As a concerned...  More >>

We just saw a ABC World News report on stimulus funds being used to manufacture wind power generation equipment in China for use in Texas. We were outraged! This is an example as to why confidence in government has disappeared. We will quickly share this information and let our friends and neighbors consider throwing all present members of congress, senate, and executives from positions of making these kinds of...  More >>

I realize it's only been one month since my original letter and understandable our government is not run like we run our small business fairly efficiently, with profit as the bottom line. My original letter gave some politician a perfect opportunity to get involved with a small business that makes some difference in history and the American economy. Please acknowledge or tell us to take a hike either way I would know...  More >>

During the President's speech last night I was listening for energy policy ideas and it seemed that the words, "natural gas", were missing. I may be wrong, but I remember thinking that there was no metion of the fact that the US has tremendous reserves of NG so it seems beyond my understanding why our energy policy does not emphasize the utlization of this relatively clean source of domestic energy. I'd like to know...  More >>

Lets commit to legislation and policy that will change the way the US is doing business. 1. We must begin to reduce the crippling debt by spending cuts and yes, tax increases.I still strongly favor a balanced budget amendment without loopholes.Banks should be limited in size. It is dangerous to the economy to have only a few major banks. 2. The banking industry absolutely should be regulated from risky business. We...  More >>

First of all, I am neither a right nor left-winger. All I see is turmoil and a smoke-screen of "transparency". What did I hear? A 'CLOSED DOOR' meeting regarding the policy of TRANSPARENCY?! Give me a break! I see no recovery. All I see are continued closures in my area with good people losing their jobs. Was it 10.2% down to 10.0%?! BIG DEAL! There's a healthcare bill just on the horizon that is going to...  More >>

With all the policy manipulation going on in D.C. in the name of the American Public, why is it that we are not convinced our representatives are listening to US? When those of us who have never been politically active are being compelled to stand on street corners wielding signs of protest and rushing to get into town hall meetings out of a desperate need to stop these steamroller activities we know are wrong for our...  More >>

We, the United States, are poised to make a very dangerous mistake that would compromise our country's sovereignty. I stand with Americans who still believe in the U.S. Constitution and the rights and freedoms it protects for all of us. Thank you for continuing to support the Constitution of the United States -- we need you! I urge you, whether or not you believe in global warming, to vote against ratifying the treaty...  More >>
