Michigan Courts have a pathetic rating. Judges are not stopping domestic violence by simply letting people get Personal Protection orders. Judges are ignoring evidence, case laws, and allowing people (typically women) to be in predicaments to be re-victimized. Sen. Evan Bayh is right. Congress is broken--a noisy cabal of obscene members working only for their own gain.
