Please do not support S 510 as it currently stands. The bill needs to have stronger language to protect small farmers. Having read much of the bill, it looks to further marginalize and de-empower small farmers by making it nearly impossible for them to follow the new safety rules. The bill essentially hands over even more power to agribiz (and in fact has been carefully lobbied by Monsanto throughout it's development)....
