I am BETH ANN WIEDEMANN i am wrightin to you to seek help with the family court judge Mr.Skoda. I would like to give you a short story witch may lead into a long story.I would first like to say im sorry to bather you with this but i didnt knw where ealse to turn.Mr.Skoda is my family court judge for JOHNSTOWN NY and my zip code is 12095.Mr.Skoda seems to side with the men all the time and every word that the other party says he beleives and when i say something Mr.Skoda never cares to listen every time i bring witness's in and statements Mr.Skoda always says it's no good i had talked to a lawyer and told him what i had for proof and that lawyer says no thats good things to have so i dnt understand why Mr.Skoda would say that til one day i went to court and the other party was a no show witch he hardly ever goes because i couldnt have him served so i was tellin the judge how the othe party has moved and how i didnt knw where the other party was stayin Mr.Skoda says i dont like the comments you are maken then asked me to leave the room i simply asked what i said that he didnt like and then he said please leave or ill make it so you cant file papers for 6months so then i figured it out.The other party moves every 3 to 4 months and now he stays with friends.I had custody of my 2 boys since birth then i lost my dad so the other party took me to court of my kids and the judge and lawgardean and myself and the other party all agreed for temp custody to the other party when i got the papers it didnt say anything about what we had talked about so i went right away to modify my custody and the judge said well you couldnt have gave your kids up when it wasnt even like that i only agreed due to it supost to be temp custody and when my dad passed away i was staying with him with my boys so i had no staple home for my boys thats why i agreed for temp custody the judge went against my wishs and didnt make anything temp and i have been in and out of family court for the pass 2 years i had a public lawyer and he wasnt any good he didnt fight for me he was just like the judge so now i repersent myself bc i dont want to have that pa again and i cant afford to get a lawyer. I dont know what more i can do see the other party claims my kids on his taxs even though he shouldnt the first time he did that he had no right bc he only had custody for 3 months and the second time was when it was 50/50 with noone haven custody so it shouldve gone he claimed 1 and i claim the other he keeps doin fraud and gettin away with it i brought that up to the judge and he said that theres nothin he can do about it but i knw that he can and make it a court order because he did it for a friend of mine Mr. Skoda was a crimanl judge and thats where he shouldve stayed if i could have it my way i would have jung back he was a great judge. I guess it all leads to we need a new family court judge for fulton county so please help the women who all has Mr.Skoda as there family court judge.... im goin to start a patition and have everyone that has issues with Mr.Skoda and if nothin gets done with that ill just start a riate in front of the court house.something needs to be done and fast so thank you for taken the time and readin this hope to hear from you soon.
